Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong (Scenic Hill Drive)
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted and transferred to Shillong (approx. 130 km / 3.5 hrs). En route, visit Umiam Lake (Barapani), the largest artificial lake in Meghalaya, surrounded by scenic hills and pine forests. If time permits, visit Ward’s Lake and Cathedral of Mary. In the evening, explore Police Bazaar for shopping. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong to Cherrapunjee & Back
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Cherrapunjee (Sohra), known as one of the wettest places on Earth. En route, visit Elephant Falls and Duwan Sing Syiem viewpoint for breathtaking views. Explore Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later, visit Mawsmai Cave and Ramakrishna Mission. Return to Shillong for an overnight stay. (Note: Waterfalls may be less active during winter.)

Day 3: Shillong to Kaziranga National Park
After breakfast, drive to Kaziranga National Park (approx. 325 km / 7 hrs), a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for the one-horned rhinoceros. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Day 4: Kaziranga Wildlife Safari
Early morning, enjoy an elephant safari (subject to availability). Return for breakfast, followed by a jeep safari in the Central Range of Kaziranga. Later, visit nearby tea gardens and local villages (outer view). Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

Day 5: Kaziranga to Nameri (Brahmaputra Experience)
After breakfast, drive towards Nameri. En route, enjoy a country boat ride on the Brahmaputra River, where you may spot freshwater dolphins and migratory birds. Experience the rural lifestyle and scenic beauty of Assam. Upon arrival, check into your eco camp. Overnight stay in Nameri.

Day 6: Nameri National Park Experience
Early morning, explore Nameri National Park with a guided nature walk and river crossing experience. Return for breakfast. Later, enjoy optional rafting on the Jia Bhoroli River (mild rapids), offering birdwatching opportunities and scenic views. Overnight stay in Nameri.

Day 7: Nameri to Guwahati
After breakfast, drive to Guwahati (approx. 250 km / 5 hrs). Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Later, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple. In the evening, you may enjoy a river cruise on the Brahmaputra (optional). Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Day 8: Departure from Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, marking the end of your memorable Northeast India tour.
